FOUNDING PILOT · INTAKE NOTICE

A clear starting point.

What submission means

Submitting a request asks HANDLED Property to review fit. It does not create an engagement, start work, reserve capacity, authorize spending, or guarantee a response before your deadline. No payment is collected through this website.

What we collect and why

The intake collects your name, company, work email, case description, desired outcome, timing, parties contacted, and any files you choose to attach. We use this information to evaluate and discuss your request, then to coordinate work only after a written engagement.

Keep the initial submission minimal

Use redacted documents. Do not send tax identifiers, W-9s, bank information, passwords, government IDs, medical information, or unredacted resident records. Share only materials you are authorized to provide. Additional documents and appropriate handling are agreed after scope review.

Storage and access

Submissions and attachments are stored in the website’s hosted storage. The operator’s inbox requires a private access key; attachments are not published as public links. Hosting providers process the data to operate the service. The homepage can hold a temporary inquiry draft in this browser until you open the intake form; this is not a submitted request. No analytics, advertising cookies, or payment processor are installed in this MVP.

Retention and requests

For the founding pilot, the operating policy is to delete unaccepted inquiries and their attachments within 30 days after review concludes, and accepted-case records within 90 days after closure unless an agreed retention period or applicable obligation requires otherwise. Retention is managed manually. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit a new intake request with your prior reference, using the same work email, and omit attachments. We will verify authority before acting. No response deadline is promised by this preview.

Limits of the service

HANDLED coordinates administrative work. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, engineering, insurance-coverage, or other licensed advice; represent customers in legal proceedings; act as a debt collector; or provide emergency response. Licensed decisions and resident-facing legal actions belong with qualified professionals. Customer approval is required for spending, settlements, filings, and binding commitments.

Agency approvals, vendor performance, payment recovery, and completion dates depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed. The customer remains responsible for statutory deadlines and underlying property obligations.

Launch status

This is a founding-pilot MVP. Service availability and terms are confirmed individually. The proposed $500 pilot covers 30 days and up to 3 active accepted cases; the proposed ongoing plan is $1,500 per month for up to 10 active accepted cases. These are launch prices subject to validation. Third-party costs require separate approval. No automatic renewal.
